The objective of this reseach is to find out the influence of currents in the process of chhromate coating on microstructure, hardness and corrosion rate of aluminium (Al). Aluminium is coated with copper (Cu), nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr) variated with current (60 A, 90 A, and 120 A).
Corrosion rate was tested with three-electrode cell method using 0.3% NaCl solution. Micro Vickers indentation was used for measuring surface hardness with load of 10 grams and an optical microscope is used to observe crosssectional microstructure.
The highest value of surface hardness and the lowest corrosion rate are obtained on specimens of Al/Cu/Ni/Cr with the current 90 A. Increasing current can improve 1,10 mmpy corrosion rate and 571 VHN surface hardness of the specimen. However, the optimum currents is 90 A, if currents is increased again it can increase the corrosion rate and decrease the surface hardness of the specimen. Hydroulic Press Machine 20 ton is one of hydroulic system application which is used to process the pressure periodically in the material that has water content. The optimum performance of hydroulisc system is shown with ability of maximum pressing power and minimum leak debit.
Nowdays, the planning and the operation rely only on valve relief setting, so that people can only get a limited machine performance. With the use of valve relief setting and motor speed, we will get minimum limitation and leak debit. Besides, it is hoped that we will get comparison of significance between the vaiations that will be used as the references in the maintenance system.
The results of the analysis shows that the ability of press power maximum is reached at relief valve setting 3,5 closed rotation and motor speed 1500rpm. (opprtunity 3rd). The leak debit minimum ability is reached at relief valve setting 0,5 closed rotation and motor speed 3000rpm (1st condition).The influence comparison between valve relief is smaller than the influence of speed motor rotation to the machine performance.

The process of machining EDM (Electrical Discharge Machine) is a non-conventional machining process. In the EDM process, two factors that produced are the material removal rate or material removing rate (MRR) and surface roughness of the material . Research carried out by Taguchi experimental method. EDM machining steel ST60 imposed on the material. If the statistical data obtained from the effect parameter to the response rate of material removal are the interaction time on and time off 35.843%, 35.623% electrode materials, time off 7.902%, 6.135% current, voltage and current interaction 2.943%, 1.827% and the time the voltage on 1.245 %. The parameters that influence the flow of surface roughness is 43.515%, and the interaction of time o time off 15.098%, 14.433% electrode materials, time off 7.495%. Based on the calculation method proposed MSNR obtained optimal parameter settings for a response rate of material removal by an average of 1.750 g / min and average surface roughness of 2.780 μm with current strong parameter settings of 3 amperes, the voltage as high as 250 volts, the time on at 200 s, time off by 40 s, and the type of electrode material is copper (A1B3D3E1G1) with a combination of factors interaction C = A1B3 and F = D3E1.Seting proved successful proposals to improve the response of the surface roughness average of 5.251 μm to an average of 2.780 μm.

Shifts / avalanche occurs when the balance of the rocks, soil, rocks or debris moving down the slope and down that caused by gravity. The term landslide covers a wide range of ground movement such as rockfall, mud and rock debris fell or flowed or had silde transitions that may occur at any time. One of the factors behind the shift/landslide is the level of water in irrigated rice farming area slopes excessive. The occurance of a shift /avalanche can be detected by monitoring the level of water in land.
Wireless sensor network (WSN) or wireless sensor network technology has the ability to censor the content of water (moisture), temperature sensors, processing, and transmission of critical data in real-time. Repeaters is a communication devicet. Inorder to work property, repeater should be located on the hills, mountains or high buildings.By using frequency duplex system,it is expected that the output and the input of the repeater are not mutually disturbed. In the tes result, the frequency of 156,480 MHz, Repeater has output power of 45 watts with the value of SWR. SWR value of 1 means there is no revers power. While the frequency of 150.003 MHZ as the input,itis not affected by output power. In response to the signal emitted by repeater device, itis well received by the receiver event hough it we potable device.
