Mojolaban is the place of the ceramic roof tile center in Sukoharjo, Central of Java, Indonesia. It has 782 units industry that 2500 human worker with approximatelly 350.000 pcs/month of ceramic roof tile product. (bakorwil, 2013). This Ceramic roof tile product have special quality with better than another place. At momment early have main probblem in decreased quality, almost influenced from leak mixing processat machine, they have 15% line leak, broken of ceramic roof tile product, so influence to decrease trust costumers to buy and use this product.
To reach solution at this problem are applied join analysis ATW academision and ceramic unit industry together. That main object analysis are speed engine, rol distance and dimension,kaolin composition at mixing process to dependent from flexural strength and water absorb respon of ceramic roof tile.
The main expectation from this experiment are factor variable speed engine (B) 10,525&4.7252>3,55, rol distance (C) 16,975&3.6007>3,55 and Kaolin composition (D) 10,000&5.2796>3,55, influence that strength and water absorb. Than rol diametre have’not influence 0.1750&0.0668<3,55. Level factor combination and optimal factor effect from flexural strength and water absorb at taguchi experiment design 7 position, means A3B1C3D2 are rol diametre 250mm, speed engine1.000rpm, rol distance 3mm and kaolin composition 0,35 x 5kg / bucket. Value compare from flexural strength test from ukm mantili at optimal value have increased 100,67 – 98 = 2,67 or 2,78%, and include at II class.so water absorb test have decreased 18,52-16,71 = 1,81 or -9,78% and include at II quality category class.

Setting speed on brushless DC (BLDC) motors is complicated, but the results of the performance of the BLDC motor drive system is very satisfactory. In this study presents a comparative study between multiple controllers, namely, PI Controller, Fuzzy Controller and PI-Fuzzy Hybrid Controller for controlling BLDC motor speed. Control structures tested drive system described in this study. Driving simulation results for a number of different modes were evaluated and compared.
The simulation results have shown that PI controller is able to maintain steady state accuracy is better than the fuzzy controller. But the fuzzy controller has better performance in making the settling time faster. Hybrid Fuzzy PI controller is a combination of two controllers on that PI Controller and Fuzzy Controller, and try the simulation. Simulation of the reading process is done by combining the switch settings. During the greater the speed error , then Fuzzy Controller will be selected as a control , when the error rate of less than 0.28 rpm , the PI controller will be chosen to maintain a steady state condition is better.
The simulation results show that the hybrid PI Fuzzy Controller performing feats better performance of both controllers, and can improve dynamic performance control BLDC motors. Matlab / Simulink is used to carry out simulations.

Problems that arise in the process of Shielded metal Arc Welding is the occurrence of weld defects such as cracks.This issue is very important for the welding industry because it can result in decreased quality of welding, especially on the I connection system and loss of customer confidence. This research aims to determine the effect of Shielded Metal Arc Welding on the first connection of low carbon steel for tensile strength and compressive strength by using electrodes E.6013. Taguchi method is used to obtain the optimum condition factors in the welding process In connection system given welding treatment with factor A (strong currents) at level: 60 A, 90 A, 120 A factor B (electrode diameter) with level: 2.0 mm, 2.6 mm, and 3.2 mm factor C (corner welding) with levels:60 derajat, 75 derajat, 90 derajat and factor D (material thickness) with level: 3mm, 5mm, and 8mm. Optimizing combination of factor levels obtained tensile strength welds with values: 39,0389, at optimal factor level A3, B3, C3, D3 is in strong currents 120A, 3,2mm diameter electrodes, welding angle 90 derajat and material thickness 8mm.

Metal working processes with CNC turning is still widely performed using a cutting tool carbide type. Spindle speed, feeding, depth of cut and cutting tool angle affects the process of turning the results that will affect the value of the surface roughness also affects the value of the tool flank wear during use .With Taguchi method optimal results with a surface roughness response A3B2C1D3 formulation, whereas for tool flank wear is A1B2C3D2. Because there are two different response variables , we used the Taguchi method Multirespon MRSN . Optimization with MRSN obtained the optimal level combination that is A3B2C1D3, with composition cutting speed of 1000 mm / min , the rate of burial of 0.6 mm / rev , depth of cut of 0.5 mm and the geometry used is a angle 95o of cutting tool type carbide and coolant types bromus. Parameter proposal for machining CNC turning is A3B2C1D3. Where this results in a surface roughness from begin 1,563µm to be 1,355 µm and tool flank wear from begin 2,139 mgr to be 1,504 mgr.

Research about T-junction as separator still in developing, especially about liquid-liquid flow to get maximum efficiency. Has been done research about dissociation characteristic of kerosene and water applies T-junction with inlet - 1,5o orientation of side arm upward with angle of 60o. Pipe diameter inlet 36 mm, and side arm pipe diameter 19 mm, from material plexyglass. Variable which in measure is, debit kerosene and secretory water passed side arm and run arm to get its the dissociation efficiency based on speed of superficial kerosene and water according to test matrix. Pressure difference at area T-junction also is measured. To point kerosene flow into side arm hence in doing arrangement of flow resistance at downstream equal to 42%, 57%, and 72%. Based on visualisation and measurement data yields maximum dissociation efficiency equal to 100% happened atits the flow pattern stratified.
