Abstrak

Nowadays Industrial competition requires every company to compete in improving the quality of products or services produced. It’s not only occurred in the basic needs such as food, but also in fashion, one of which is a ladies bags. On the other hand the gadget users more than the population of Indonesia which had 230 million people and most of them are women, but it is still constrained to carry the device in their daily activities. The aim of this study was to determine the product attributes Gadget Shoulder Bags that affect the needs and customer satisfaction as well as the priority of attribute that should be developed to improve customer satisfaction. Respondents consisted of 100 women who have or used shoulder bags. The desired product attributes and attribute priorities to be developed were analyzed using Fuzzy Quality Function Deployment. Fuzzy logic is used to model the uncertainty caused consumer requirements are always ambiguous and has several meanings. The results showed that product attributes Gadget Shoulder bags are having a battery charger, has a durable material, bags protect gadgets from bumps and scratches, lock system is rotate buttons that easily to open, the bag is impermeable to water, the shape is rectangular, has a long strap that can be removed, the bag is not easily dirty, strong stitching bag, has a hook for keys and ornated scarf. Priority development of enhanced prior to customer satisfaction is thick bag material, bag size, mounting tote handle and detachable suspender, mounting hook for a place to put locks and the installation of a battery charger.

Abstrak

This research studied the effect of weight percentage of filler on the tensile properties and durability of fuel matrix composite plastics High Density Poly Etylene recycling (rHDPE) - clay fuel (LB) as an alternative material interior panels of the vehicle. The test specimen is made to the size of LB + 0 / -74μm and with a variety of LB content of 0%, 05%, 10% and 15% weight fraction (w / w). This composite manufacture does not use ingredients and materials aditive kompatibiliser others. Mechanically bonding interface (interlocking) between matrix and filler powders rHDPE possible due LB LB granular form according to SEM image is irregular (irregular) and porous. Tensile properties were measured using standard ASTM D 638, is being fueled resistance measured by ASTM D 635 standards. ) is the highest at 0%, ie 24.4 MPa.Composites with LB content variation obtained tensile stress values ( Tensile strength will decrease for each additional LB more. Value burning rate (BR) will shrink along with the addition of LB. Average time to ignition (TTI) will rise and inversely proportional to the BR .. From the test data, the composite rHDPE - LB with all variations of the content of LB has tensile properties and hold better fuel than a vehicle interior panel sample. However, the vehicle interior panel has a strain (strain) is higher.

Abstrak

Paving block (concrete brick) is defined as a building material composition made of a mixture of Portland cement or adhesive materials like hydraulic, water and aggregates (stone dustor sand) with or without other additives (SNI 03-0691-1996). Paving block manufacture for this type is used for the parking lot area. Based on the analysis of the Taguchi method ratio S/N is obtained for the optimal response to the compressive strength formulation A1 (sand composition 8 kg). B3 (cement composition 3 kg), C3 (trash composition 1.5 kg) and D3 (time of stirring 8 minutes) have optimal compressive strength of 203.207kg/cm2 of standard ISO of 200 kg/cm2, optimal results for water absorption response to the formulation A1 (sand composition 8 kg). B2 (cement composition 2.5 kg), C2 (trash composition 1 kg) and D2 (time of stirring 6 minutes). Has water absorption of 5.233 % , of the ISO standard by 6 % MRS obtained by a combination of optimization with optimal levels, namely the formulation A1 (sand composition 8 kg). B2(cement composition 2.5 kg), C2 (trash composition 1 kg) and D2 (time of stirring 6 minutes). Has optimum compressive strength of 201.910 kg/cm2 and has water absorption of 5.233 %.

Abstrak

The pressure of fluid displaced, the ability of the pump will become lighter power given is aiso very influential, the greater the power supplied to the pump. The ability of the pump to move the fluid will also increase shown in high flog rate. Seeing the value of the performance optimization has a major influence on its function help human performance, then from the Academics Team ATW faculty, laborat and in laboratory fluid ATW students learn these studies in the research. The study prioritized on the model of impeller and closed impeller on a single pump circuit. Based on going research in order to achieve perfection efficient pump performance is obtained the highest debit worth 16 liter/min and 335,89 cm3/s obtained on the second composition (impeller cross and convex cap), while the lowest debit worth 13,8 liter/min and 331,98 cm3/s obtained on the third composition (impeller straight and flat cap). The highest value of the suction pressure is -14,3cmhg on the second composition ( impeller cross and closed convex) and the lowest suction pressure hg worth – 13,7 cmhg obtained on the third composition (impeller straight and flat cap).
