CO and NOX are residue gases produced by transportation devices that very irritating the environmental health and society. That is why those gases required to be minimized, in order to improve the health of environment and society. One of solutions for solving that problem is the procedure of MRSN ( Multi-responses Signal to Noise).
This research was conduced by making use independent and dependent variables. The usage the fine-tuning, the work temperature, the distance of liquefier and platinum usage, the fine-tuning, the work temperature, the distance of lubricant usage and the interaction between those both factors of two level factors per each. Whereas, for the dependent variable refers to the residue gases; such as the CO and NOX gases. The characteristic beibg used for minimizing the CO and NOX was "Smaller The Better" (STB). Moreover, the equipments employed here to conduct the experiment of the residue gases was Engine Gas Analyzer.
The result of the research indicated that at 1.000 rpm, the value S/N optimal of CO was equal to 4.502, reached in the condition of A1B1C1D2E1. The result for NOX gas was as much as 0,363, estimated in the condition A1B2C1D2E1. The value of Cp and Cpk on the CO gas or on the NOX gas were higher than 1 (one) and getting increase compared from their previous condition. This means that this research have been able to minimize the gas level of CO and NOX. From the MRSN procedure, the level of S/N that can be optimalized the CO and NOX at the same time was can be reached in the condition of A1B1C1D1E1. It means that there were some actions to be done in order to minimize the level of those both gases. They were conducted by employing the variations of the distance parameter of 10.000 km-sparkplug usage, the distance of platinum and 10.000 km-liquefier usage, standard fine-tuning, low work temperature and the distance of lubricant usage, besides intensively taking care of the machine.

The research was arranged to study the effect of various weight fraction of husk toward the characteristics of bending power on the husk/UPRs composite. On this term, the bending power was observed by GOTECH Testing Machine. The experimental result showed that the composite bending power was decreasing and the modulus of composite bending was increasing ; with the increasiment of the husk weight fraction. The lowest bending power was 37,23 MPa and the highest bending modulus was 3398,02 MPa, that being reached at 30% of the rice husk - weight fraction.

The research was conducted to know the role of the angle (?), which is on the high speed steel-lathe chisel and on the machine rotation of the work piece process of iron material (St.60) 0", in creating the surface's work piece of conventional lathe result. Furthermore, the sampling technique was conducted with the variation of wedge angle (?) and machine rotation machine (n), and each of them was conducted four times examinations. The analysis data was carried with analysis requirement test form two factor-model experimental statistic (Anava ASB). Based on the homogeneity test for the angle of 700, 820, 920, was known that data were homogeny. Meanwhile, on the normaly test for the angle of 700, 820, 920; the data were normally distributed. On the whole, based on statistically examination, there was a relation between the wedge angle (?)and the surface roughness. In the other hand, there was a connection between the machine rotation speed (n) and the surface roughness, and there was also an interaction between machine rotation and chisel angle with the surface roughness.

The aim of the research was to improve the quality of water that has a high level of muddiness, betel-lime and profound metal (Fe 2+ ) and also the one which has color and stink. Therefore, in order to reduce those parameters above, the water was managed by filtration and ion exchange using active zeolit as a medium. As a result from the examination and testing of the water quality it could be known that the water that being elapsed through the filtration column containing the active zeolit became uncolored and smelt bad. Besides, the muddiness level was reduced up to 90,4%, the betel-lime level reduced up to 74.8% and the profound metal (Fe 2+ ) reduced up to 85.7%. Morever, the improvement of water quality was occurred as the effect of the water process. When the water being elapsed on the filtration clumn, there were some process happened. The processes are mechanical purification, precipitation, absorption and the ion exchange was proven asn an effective way in reducing smell, color, betel-lime level and profound metal to the standard requirement water value for the drenched textile process.

In using the block command application on AutoCAD, we should have a prediction of object,s picture. Firstly, the picture should be sketched in ordefr to make the process efficient and fast. On this basis, the picture making using the block command will be able to help the construction drawing process that will be drawn with AutoCAD, sine it will be helped by the block command. In addition, most of the block command application was used in the drawing of assembly construction. From the statements it could be concluded that it was capable enough to be applied on the picture of steering whell-arm, gear vechiles, disk brakes crankshaft and piston road of vechile machine. Altogether, in the research the block command was used on the drawing of the 4-stroke with six cylinders-diesel motor,s components.
