Recycling of the textile liquid waste actually could be done by easy and simple process. Sequence shoud be done is filiration, io exchange and adsorbtion by polyster fabric, active zeolit and active carbon. From the experiment we one the stand that variation length of the colomn for exchange ion, filtration and absorbtion with the length of 2 meter as result from reyclingwater with standartized quality for textile process (with parameter : Hardness, Turbidity, colour, pH and Fe ion).
From the experiment of using reycled water on several textile process forintance: Desizing, scouring, bleaching and dyeing , has a result that Recycled water good be use on desizing and bleaching process, but scouring and dyeing process that recycled water can not use because Fe ion content that same time is stile above requied standart for textile proces disturbing with the result of the quality of material is bellow the spacified standart.

Antilock brake system (ABS) is a development from conventional braking system or lock braking system which has some weaknesses. Applying of ABS on vehicles has higher cost. Recent time many research is carry out finding a low cost ABS System. Fortunately a low cost ABS is defines by using spring elastic and plunger as a vibrator to get ABS effect as a solution. The procedure of the research is to measure the magnitude of braking forces and vibration frequencies of pad when pedal braking force applied. Two treatment -comparison methods are used to observe the existence of significant difference between braking system without vibrator and the one with vibrator. The result of the investigation shows that using the vibrator on rear wheels have brake force fluctuation and increase the frequency of pad vibration as parameter data of ABS effects. These could be used to improvement of the next research.

ATBM (Non-machine Waver) is a traditional weaver for making woven cloth by make use simple plaiting and movements conducted by operator. Normally, it requires three until four days to produce 60 meters of woven clothes and operates by three operators. In order to increase the quantitiy and quality of the production, then the innovation of ATBM by make use of PLC was created.
The source pf PLC movements came from the air produced by the compressor, which step into the regulator throughout pipe, then continued to valves, and finally went directly to the piston. One of the pistons has two red switches located in each tip of the piston that functioned to detect the piston line. Further, the red switch connected to terminal and directly to PLC ( SA1, SA0, SB1, SC1, SC0, SD1 and SD0 ), which finally being continued to On-Off button. It was itching through the cable. As the result, it aroused the farming process of lusi orifice, woof density and the furling at ATBM, which appropriate with the planned program.
Subsequent to the ATBM innovation by make use the PLC tool, in producing the woven cloth as musch as 60 meters only need less time that before, one up to two days with one weaver operator. More specific, the handicaps can employ this application device by themselves for being independent. Overall, the work productivity was indirectly being improved by adding these additional PLC on ATBM.

Steaming machine (boiler) is a machine used for altering water into vapors. In means of heating up at certain pressure and temperature, by exceed combustion in burning space. The plan of fire piped - steam boiler was aimed to have capacities of 20,5 ton/hours. The steps of the plan consisted of the refill water, the determination of the fuel type, combustion temperature, and burning space that used for the combustion of the fuel, and completed by the calculation of heat balance, fire cylinder construction, fire pipes and economizer, plus fulfilled by the selection of proper materials.
Finally based on the result of the research it can be stated that amount of maximal vapor can be ontained by conducting research of fire cylinder materials and fire pipe. That means by englarging the diameter of fire cylinder and fire pipes, with multiplying the amount of fire pipe in manufacturing the boiler machine. Moreover, the maximal vapor can also be obtained by enlarging the utilization quantity of the fuel in burning a fire piped - steaming boiler. Additionally, the residue form can be applied for the good type of fuel.

The usage of layering on the metal surface is one of the efforts in repairing the weak points of its fundamental metal. The main idea of the silver layering / electroplating upon the copper is to improve the metal resilience toward corrosion. Corrosion is a natural process, so that it cannot be eliminated. In this term, the only thing that can be done is only to decrease the speed of corrosion on the metal materials.
This research was conducted upon the analysis of silver electroplating speed toward the copper, by make use the testing of layering speed. The experiment of layering speed was calculated based on the heaviness test, layer thickness tes, and the theoretical calculation. The impact of those layering was used for the corrosion resilience. The test of metal resilience, which being covered in order to protect it self from the corrosion, was using the galvanic test. This test meant to measure the free corrosion energy thet acted as the electricity potential that represent the rate tendency of being rusted.
The result of the experiment and calculation verified that the silver layering speed on the copper was 0,25 gram/hour a long with the layer thickness was 0,23 gram/hour; by menas of the electrolyte of 600 C, the electrolyte concentration of 2 gram/liter and the current density of 200 A/m2. The average raising of resilience toward the corrosion was as much as 22.25%.
