Antilock bracking system (ABS) is an improvement of convertional braking system or lock bracking system which has same weakness. Applying of ABS on vehinces has higher cost and there are some component placed at vehincle needing location. So that if system equipment put on the brakes the brakes this placed at motornike not compatible. For this reason, the present investigation about effets ABS is done to get alternative system equipments at compatible with motorbike. By using rubberized has elastic to evoke vibration brake lining so that effect antilock can be generated. At research taken is brake path system scheme rubberized to get the effect of bracking antilock can grooved by exploiting correct design groove path and measure the magnitude of stopping distance. SHoe And path scheme rubberized put on the brakes designed in such a manner so that swifily pass or dirt and hot so that do not bother the increase performance put on the brakes. Newfangled thereby these yield the rubberized Antilock which old age to wear the longer.

The raffle for most public as discard, dirty, smells, generates disease and contaminates area can become goods which able to be exploited and has high value economics because can increase life level public. Raffle can be made goods accessories, functional goods and as component of building like as brick, paving block, and ceramic.
Independent variable was applied in this research are composition of anorganic raffle, berangkal, sand and cement, clay and chaff. Interaction between berangkal with clay and chaff is 2 level factor of each. Dependent variable is compression stregth. The characteristic was applied to optimal of compression stregth is Large the Better(LTB).
The result of the research indicates that a composition anorganic raffle, berangkal, sand and cement given contribution gratuity at compression stregth of paving block equal to 8.764%, 21.75%, 30.173%. In addition Gratuity COntribution at compression strength of brick each 12.026%, 39.154%, 6.22%. The value an optimal of compression stregth at paving block reached is A1B1C1, that mean to optimal of compression stregth to need an organic raffle is variation parameters og 10%, bernagkal 20%, san and cement 8:1. While at brick is A2B2C2 that is anorganic raffle variation of parameters 5%, berangkal 25%, sand and cement 8:2.

The foundry industry in Ceper is a national assel. It has a quite important role in producing cast iron of Indonesian. Recent time Ceper foundry still using simple technology, so that the results is low quality of and inefficiently, it makes Ceper foundry products hard to compete with some products from abroad, especially in penetrating to international market. A solution to resolve this problem is by setting a precise design by using a software design and the use of an accurate material composition in order that the resulted products have a high quality, so that they can compete in the market share. The MRSN Procedures (Multi response Signal to Noise) is an application of the Taguchi method in improving the quality of products by minimizing the loss function.
In this research, the independent variables comes from the Carbon-Steel composition, Carbon-Iron composition, temperature, Inoculants, interaction between Carbon-Iron with the temperature. In other hand the dependent variable comes from the hardness Vickers and Rockwell. The quality characteristic to optimize the hardness Vickers and Rockwell is the Nominal The Better (NTB).
The result of this research shows that the Carbon-Stell composition, the Carbon-Iron composition, Temperature, Inoculants, the interaction of Carbon-Steel with Carbon-Iron and the interaction between Carbon-Iron and the temperature give a significant effect to the hardness Vickers and Rockwell. This is shown by all variables that have P value > 5%. At a confidence level of 95%, the S/N optimum hardness Vickers is -6,888 in the parameter of A1B2D1, where as in the hardness Rockwell is 54,217, which achieved in A2B2C2D1 condition. The Cp and Cpk value in the hardness Vickers is 10,418, whereas in the hardness Rockwell is 2,064, thus the process of making of Giboult joint products is very capable because the Cp dan Cpk value is higher than 1 (one) by being able to press the loss function for 99 Cents/$1 loss for the Vickers and 75.6 Cents/$ 1 loss for the hardness Rockwell. Based on the MRSN procedures, the value of Signal to Noise Ratio that is able to optimal the hardness Vickers and Rockwell simultaneously, is achieved in the A1B2C2D2 condition. It means that in optimizing the hardness Vickers and Rockwell simultaneously, it is necessary to perform a variation of parameters of the carbon-stell composition of 2,5% the carbon-iron composition of 3%, the temperature of 1.6000C and inoculants of 0.3%

The aim of research is to investigate the mechanical properties of composite, which made from unsaturated polyester as matrices and 3 dimensional (3D) woven of agave cantula fiber as composites reinforced. The composite was manufactured by hand lay-up methodsin several weight fractions (30%, 40%, 50% and 60% weight fraction). Every weight fraction of composities has tested to find the characteristics of composites mechanical properties, such as tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength. All of those experiments referred to ASTM standard and analyzed as 3D woven weight fraction function. The experiments indicate that the increasing of weight fraction give the increasing of tensile, bending and impact strength properties, and the highest one is at 60% weight fraction. It has 47,304 MPa tensile strength, 119,48 MPa bending strength and 163 kJ/m2 impact strength.

The significant differences temperature and pressure on air and gas caused by heat transferred which happened in air heater. These matters also have an effect on to prisoner of thermal materials used for the air heater. By using pipe air heater that has prisoner low thermal resulting good transfer process. So that heater area is bigger, head transfer faster and heater area is small,a s well as heat transfer will be slowly.
Gas and air Stream types that happened in air heater are opposing/cross stream direction. More pipes in air heater caused the capacious of heater area enlarged, from this process the speed of heat flow raise significantly, in addition air temperature lift up periodically. In other hand if the pipes reduce, the capacious of heater area decreased by slowing heat transferred. Air heater's result reflows to engine room tohelp burn process.
From this process the value of burning in boiler is greater and the steam increasing significantly as well as boiler efficiency.
