The ABS is a system that prevents wheel lock-up by automatically modulating the brake pressure during an emergency stop. By preventing the wheels from locking, it enables the driver to maintain steering control and to stop in the shortest possible distance under most conditions. During normal braking, the ABS and non-ABS brake pedal feel will be the same. During ABS operation, a pulsation can be felt in the brake pedal, accompanied by a fall and then rise in brake pedal height and a clicking sound.
Vehicles with semi ABS are equipped with a pedal-actuated, dual-brake system. The basic hydraulic braking system consists of the following:
At this research is done by a mechanism scheme integrating breaking sytem emphasis pad of at next wheel and behind concurrently with one movement of pedal emphasis put on the brakes and also usage of air pressure ( pneumatik) as spiral spring to evoke pressure vibration to be distribute to brake lining. Plastic injection is a manufacture process for making product with plastic basic material, or in this case is polypropylene. In the process, many defected products founded, s o there are many material loss wastely. Although there are many factors cousing product defected but the main factor is the shrinked material after is becoming cold. There is the defected to avoid defected product, early productions is necessary 2b done soon after the cold.
Model making in 3D solid of injection molding even to cavity and core with CATIA, afterwards must be doesnt make a sense Moldflow software analisys for making and giving hot limited to component. So it can be recognized as the model shrink. Analisys the illustrate about hot distribution to the mould and the flow of fluida. By the analisys can be seen the symtom of defect product if it happens. So it is need do the shrinkage until getting good analisys result, next it is maked prototype for experiment. The prototype will use for making few product for knowing the result shrinkage prediction initial, used material is polypropylene.
Result analisys has shown, that the fastest fulling time is two inlet injection that make in above of model, it is 2,804 second. The fastest cold time is achieved model with two inlet injection in the side of model it is 127,5 second. Average speed of fulling, pressure and strenght field lowest is acomodation by model with two inlet injection in the side. So that for getting good product result, it can be use the model with this shape, it is by the amount two inlet injections are laid in side as across.

The research is to find out the efect variation of weave structure of 3D cantula to the mechanical treatments of UPRs-Cartula 3D composite. The mechanical treatment test is according to the standard of ASTM D 3039, and to test the bending is based on ASTM D 790-97. The composite impact test is based on ASTM D 5942 standard. Caritula ﬁber is weaved with hand loam (ATBM). The composite is made by combining the 3D weaves and unsaturatetd polyester resins (UPRs). There are some weave structure variations, such as AI, LAIS. LAIW and O1. The mechanical strength tested is including the strength and pulling capacity, bending and impact capacity. The result of the research indicates that the weaves with wart threats have a high mechanical strength value. The broken surface of the result of pulling testing is analyzed with scanning electron micrograph (SEM).

Problems happened in making dies is process selling machine EDM is not optimal so resulting height of surface roughness and electrode abrasion speed. Therefore need to improve setting of process parameter EDM. The purpose of this research is to know factors inﬂuencing abrasion speed of electrode and surface roughness.
Independent variable applied in this research is current, voltage, on time pulse, and interaction between current with voltage that each 2 level jactors. As dependent variable is abrasion speed of electrode and surface roughness. The characteristic quality to minimization of surﬁrce roughness is Smaller the Better.
The result of the research mditzites that are current. voltage, on time pulse and interaction of current with voltage are given contribution gratuity at abrasion of electrode equal to 57.273%, 5.363%, 1 6. 483% and I 7. 487%. That while at surface roughness of each is 64. 659%. 10.265%, 86.95% and 14.722%. The optimal value at abrasion of electrode reached is condition of A IBZCI , that mean to minimization abrasion of electrode need to be done variation of parameters of current 4.4, voltage 85 V, and on time pulse 200 as. While at surface roughness is A ll9lCl that is current -IA: voltage 75Vand on time pulse is 200 its. The value of S/N according to procedure MRSN which can be optimal of abrasion speed of electrode and surﬁzce roughness at concern ct current 4A, voltage 75Vand on time pulse 200 ps.

The objective of Pascal Language Training is to help for solving problem in Sukoharjo district Io face sctence Olympiad especially in computer fielid. Beside of that this training also means to increase the quality of education especially in computer ?eld in Sukoharjo district.
The purpose of this training is /or giving an illustration and understanding about the logic and algorithm and especially for basic of Pascal language programming. The method that is used in this training is with presentation: question and answer, logic and algorithm exercise and also practice about 'How to make a program in Pascal". Standard measure that is used to knowing success of this training is that the students can answer the exercises about logic and algorithm, basic computer also about programming in Pascal. The reference of this exercises are from the last Olympiad examine or from TOKI.
The result of this training is the students can hrielly understanding about logic and algorithm also Pascal language programming, and with students from dtjfarent school and various quality and knowledge of Pascal language their ability can be more equal.
