Abstrak

The strength of pulling yarn and rubbing tenacity of lusi yarn the result of starching is the main, requirement of lusi starching yarn as the basic material in the weaving process, in order to be able to be processed into high quality woven cloth and high efficiency. To obtain that result, the experiment of the strength pulling yarn per sheet and the yarn rubbing tenacity were done taguchi method is used to do some experiment and the result shows that the factor that influence the optimum pulling strength per sheet lusi rayon yarn Ne1 30’S is on the starch solution temperature and the yarn elasticity, while the factor that influence the optimum pulling yarn is on the starch solution temperature. The condition of combonation level factor attained on the parameter setting to optimize the strength of pulling yarn per sheet and the rubbing tenacity need combination level factor on strarch sulition 86oC, pressing roll pressure 300 kg/cm2, yarn elasticity 1,4 % and the drain cylinder temperature 95oC. The increase of optimum strength pulling yarn condition per sheet the result 0f experiment compared with industry standard condition is as much as 7,67 gram/sheet and the increase of optimum condition rubbing tenacity the result of experiment compared with industry standard condition is as long as 5,67 step per sheet.

Abstrak

Multiplication effective current and voltage in AC circuits expressed in volt - amperes (VA). Useful power or the power is measured in watts (W) and obtained if voltamperes of the circuit multiplied by a factor called the power factor (cos θ). Price of power factor depends on the phase difference between current and voltage. AC power capacitor as a compensator connected capacitive network will result in the load current is preceded by 90 degrees, and the resulting load current into a voltage sephase.

This research is to design the frequency, voltage, current , and capacitors for electric power optimization using Taguchi experimental method. Based on the experimental results and the results of the calculation of the optimum value of each factor level values obtained frequency at 49 Hertz, the power supply voltage at 180 Volt, electric currentat 1,36Ampere and the capacitor at 7 mikrofarrad.

Abstrak

The increasing amount of motorcycle will influence the use of gasoline. Therefore it is needed the real effort to change the use of gasoline motorcycle to electric motorcycle. On the government regulation number 55,2012 regarding vehicle stated that one ofto the moving vehicles is electric motor. The main problem is recently the filling up of the batere is still using manual system, that use laptop charger for 3 to 4 hours. But we plan to develop recharging system in order to be more eficient so that can be done while the bicycle is moving said (Siti Sarifah Alia, Daru Waskita 2015). Based on the problem above, we focus on the filling proces of the batere by using the amount of paddle wheel, diameter spoo, coil amount, permanent magnit diameter and the length of the experiment based on its parameter, with 2 approach scale value on 1 filling current experiment response. The study shows optimum significant score on filling system electric batere on electric bicycle that the optimum composition in producing the biggest ampere is in the fist, median in the fourth and the smallest in the third and the sixth. To know the optimum value on filling system that is produced the biggest = 2,250, median = 0.250 and the smallest = 0.000.

Abstrak

The design of PID controllers constant value and the number of sensors intended to optimize the response of the line follower robot. PID controller consists of a proportional constant (Kp), integral constants (Ki), and derivative constant (Kd). Response from the line follower robot consists of overshoot and settling time. Optimizing the response of line follower robots are getting shorter form of overshoot and settling time. The experimental results with the Taguchi method showed that the optimal conditions reached at A1B3C3D3 parameter settingsand obtained 5,300 cm overshoot and settling time of 3,833 seconds. To minimize overshoot and settling time required level combination of factors Kp = 100, Ki = 1, Kd = 14 and the number of line sensors 8 pieces.

Abstrak

Kebutuhan industi terhadap material komposit berbahan baku serat alam dengan mutu yang memenuhi standard sangat diharapkan. Oleh karena bahan baku yang ada sekarang belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan material yang kuat, ringan, murah serta ramah lingkunganPerencanaan pembuatan kain selalu dilakukan s. ebelum proses pertenunan,pembuatan desain anyaman dilakukan baik pada pembuatan kain 2 dimensi maupun 3 dimensi. pembuatan desain 3 dimensi lebih komplek karena membutuhkan 3 sumbu x,y dan z, sehinggatenun dibutuhkan simbul dan nama agar tidak terjadi kesalahan didalam komunikasi, untuk itu diperlukan pengkodean. Pada Klasifikasi kain dilakukan dengan dasar ; penamaan secara manual dapat dilakukan dengan variabel jumlah gun, jumlah kartu, Jumlah angka loncat dan jenis angka Loncat. Variable yang banyak ini menjadikan jenis anyaman menjadi banyak oleh karena itu diperlukan cara penamaan. Kepala 11 menghasikan 13 variasi, kepala 12 menghasilkan 12 variasi kepala 13 menghasilkan 17 variasi dan kepala 14 menghasilkan 5 variasi anyaman sehingga jumlah variasi sebanyak 57 anyaman...
